Two different rails had to be laid to get One Spot from it's 40 year resting place to the side of the Post Office.

First we laid the Final Home Spur track.

Got the Toledo Mayor to drive the last spike in the home spur track. Our brave Chapter President is holding the spike!!!  Brave Man?!?!

The site where One Spot will be moved is ready and waiting.  One Spot can be seen at the top center of this picture just left of the first tree.

Next we laid the temporary track that we will use to move One Spot the 100 yards to the Final Home Spur.

Now the task of getting track up to One Spot gets underway.

The track is ready for the big moving day.

The Big Day arrives and all is ready

One Spot hooked up to a GP39-2 Road Switcher.   The Driver wheels did not turn as we had hoped, so we greased the track and the GP39-2 drug ol' One Spot back on one track and pushed her into place on the spur track.
