The following issues constitute a substantial percentage of support calls and are usually easily resolved.
Difficulty retrieving email
- If retrieval is taking a long time you may have a large piece of email in your mailbox. Simply be patient and give it time to transfer.
- If you get an error, or your email program just stops retrieving at some point, you probably have a piece of "spam" (junk email) in your mailbox that your email program cannot handle. This is typical behaviour of Microsoft email programs. Other vendors' mail programs don't seem to have this problem. The best way to deal with this is go to our web email interface and delete the offending piece of mail.
