Five sculptures will be placed in prominent locations throughout Cannon Beach for one year, from April 2010 to April 2011.  One sculpture, the winner of the “Peoples Choice Award”, will be purchased for up to $15,000 and become a permanent part of the City’s public art collection.  Jurors: Melissa G.
